I look forward to constructive criticism, learning more about the history, styles and 'technical' side of this tender art. Perhaps even some live writing challenges/games and of course meeting others who share this passion. Al …
Quarterly meeting of aspiring poets, gathering to hear published poets share their tales, journeys, impressions of daily life. Open Mic, question and answer time, and annual contests encourage the poet in all of us to participate in the ageless meditation -called poetry. Whether about love, life, nature, school, family, art or the divine, each meeting touches the participants in unique ways. Poignant or humorous, each evening is refreshing! Free to the public, refreshments always served.
